The goal of this workshop is to strengthen participants internal and external customer service skills. We will spend 2 days immersed in the power of a positive customer experience. We will provide techniques to handle sticky situations and develop effective listening skills. Participants will become more flexible and inspirational communicators able to engage customers and to deliver world-class customer care with energy and commitment.
